THE EARTH THAT WALK´S OR WALKING GROUND



To talk about the project “Portability of My Ground”, it is necessary to know of another previous project that dates back to the late 90's which is the project “Preserves and Conservation”. This project is the DNA of the project “Portability of My Ground.” 
After years of attempts to be able to conserve the fish, passing by numerous techniques and resins, I got a satisfactory result in terms of visibility and d and the durability. I was able to “freeze” in time the fish. Or the fish meal, the “piracuí de bodó”, from the acrylic resin. During the process, new possibilities of canned goods were presented to my eyes. The Amazon in front of me was calling me to continue the project not just with the symbol fish, but also with any natural element found. 
It made me reflect on all the what was around me, and it seemed natural conservation and the displacement of the floor I was in. This added to my research in addition to the variable time, the variable space. And in these times of decreasing geographical distances made possible by the technological advances we become individuals connected to the world intermittently. Hence, the term portability. Today and until our memory is portable. Is all the equipment that we use for that to occur this magic of the breaking of space-time. The full connectivity. 
When you think about preserve the ground where I walk, forest, beds of the river and subsequently, to carry these findings to other environments, I realized the possibilities of poetic. A confrontation between the natural and the man has built; the possibility of being in any place of the world with its ground-portable. Take to other places what you have, as an object of curiosity and a multiplicity of substances and materials. I intend with the same technique of the project “Preserves and Conservation” choose interesting locations, where can apply my technique of conservation, and later transporting, taking out from your home everything that is possible to amalgamate with the plate-pickled resin. 
Think of the transport forest/town. This process must be georeferenced and recorded on photo and video. And the next step is to take with me to various places where you do not imagine yourself to be that floor and record the relationship of the material with space and with the passers-by present.
